Bentam on the Financing of the Acquisition of Satys Cabin.

The UUDS Aéro group and Satys Cabin specialize in the aeronautics industry.

The acquisition was partly financed through a bank facility granted by a bank syndicate arranged by Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie and Banque Populaire Alsace Lorraine Champagne, who also acted as lenders. Bentam, as the legal advisor to the lenders, advised them in the drafting and negotiation of the finance documentation.

For this transaction, the Bentam team was composed of Gautier Chavanet, partner, Antoine de Sevin, and Cassandre Vagile.
