Bentam advises Auxifip on Générale du Solaire's 85MWp photovoltaic financing.

Bentam has advised Auxifip in the financing of a portfolio of photovoltaic power plants with a total installed capacity of 85 MWp owned by Générale du Solaire.

Bentam assisted Auxifip as arranger and the lenders (Crédit Agricole group) in the financing of a portfolio of photovoltaic power plants under construction developed by Générale du Solaire. The portfolio consisted of rooftop and ground-mounted plants located mainly in mainland France, with a total installed capacity of over 85 MWp.

Created in 2008 at the initiative of Daniel Bour, the Générale du Solaire Group is an expert in the development, engineering, construction, financing and operation of photovoltaic power plants, as well as an independent electricity producer in France and abroad. The group has 250 MWp of its own power plants and 600 MWp under development.

Bentam's team for this transaction was composed of Guillaume Ansaloni (partner), Alexandra Guilluy (counsel), Safa Geimel (counsel) and Benoît Balacey (counsel).
