With more than 20 years of experience in project and asset finance, as well as M&A and private equity, and more than 10 years of practice in the renewable energy sector, Guillaume Ansaloni is an attorney with a DEA in General Private Law from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, a DJCE from the University of Rennes I, a PhD in Private Law from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, and a LEAD Certificate (Personal Leadership) from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is the co-author of Financement de Projet: enjeux juridiques et bancabilité d’une opération (RB Edition 2e éd. 2019) as well as numerous articles on structured finance law. Guillaume has taught credit law (Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas), tax law (ParisDescartes), company and banking law (Nantes University) and contracts and real property law (Rennes I University).

Gautier Chavanet has been assisting its clients in financing matters for more than 15 years. He specializes in debt capital market transactions, particularly for the public sector. He has developed particular expertise in bond issues (and other market financing, such as Schuldschein and NSVs) by local authorities, public health institutions, public inter-municipal cooperation bodies, public housing authorities and other social housing bodies, and semi-public companies. With more than 15 years of experience in financing, Marie-Cécile Rieu has been specializing for the last 10 years in project finance in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors. She also practices in corporate finance and acquisition financing, as well as structured finance and debt restructuring. She has been an attorney at law since 1997 and holds a DEA in Commercial and Civil Law from the University of Paris V.

Alexandra Guilluy has been a lawyer for more than 13 years. Graduated from the Institut de Droit Public des Affaires, she also holds a Post Graduate degree in Real Estate Law and a Post Graduate degree in Urban Planning and Construction Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She advises the Firm’s clients on the public law aspects of renewable energy projects and on urban planning and expropriation matters. She is the author of numerous articles on public law and contributes in the updating of the book «Urban planning and local authorities» (Ed. Berger-Levrault). She teaches in the Master ‘Strategy and Renewable Energy’ at the University of Picardie and in the Master ‘Management, Service Innovation and Real Estate Estate’ at the University of Paris-Est.

Etienne Durand is an Associate Professor in Public Law at the University of Lyon 3 where he is Director of the Master of European Business Law and co-director of the Master of Energy Law. He has completed a PhD thesis in European Law, the subject of which is Renewable Elecritity and European Internal Market Law, which was awarded the thesis prize of the University of Lyon 3 and the thesis of the French Association for Energy Law.
Specialized in European business law, he teaches internal market law, state aid and competition law, energy and climate law, and has published numerous articles on these subjects.

Antoine de Sevin has been a lawyer since 2016, with a Master’s degree in Private International Law from the University of Paris 2 and a Master’s degree in Contract Law from the University of Paris 11.
He has been practicing financing law for four years, advising dealers (brokers, investment banks...) and issuers (including public sector bodies) in the context of market financing (EMTN programmes, Neu CP programmes, stand alone bond issues, Euro PP…) as well as lenders and borrowers in the context of bank financing (LBO, real estate, equity bridges…) and investment funs and issuers in mezzanine or unitranche financings.

She specializes in project finance, mainly in the infrastructure and energy sectors in France and abroad. Prior to joining BENTAM, Ivanna worked for a major company in the construction sector in projects and project finance.

Benoît Balacey has been a lawyer since 2020. He has a Post Graduate degree in International Business Law from the University of Paris Descartes and a Post Graduate degree in Banking and Finance Law from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
