Bentam on the Financing of the Acquisition of G3 Concepts Group.

Bentam advised the lending banks for the financing of the acquisition of G3 Concepts Group by Henco Grandes Cuisines. This acquisition was carried out through a newly formed company, capitalized by certain existing shareholders as well as BNP Paribas Développement and Bpifrance Investissement (via the SME Strengthening Fund).

G3 Group and Henco Grandes Cuisines are experts in the design, installation, and maintenance of kitchens, laundries, as well as specific products in medical refrigeration.

The financing of this acquisition was partially secured through a bank loan granted by a banking pool arranged by Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie, also involving BNP Paribas and Caisse d'Épargne Île-de-France as lenders. Bentam, as legal advisor to the lenders, assisted them in drafting and negotiating the financing documentation.
